National Diploma in Plantation Extension Management (NDPEM) – NVQ Level 05 – ND 02
Objectives: To upgrade the academic status of extension personnel. Training on theoretical and practical aspects of extension activities. To assist self and career development. To prepare candidates towards obtaining the degree.
Entry Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 Certificate in the relevant field OR Passed G.C.E. A/L in any stream. Those entitled to receive the NVQ Certificate. Candidates without G.C.E. A/L but with plantation sector experience may obtain NVQ Level 3/4 through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) system.
Methodology: Lectures, demonstrations, practical sessions, group discussions, presentations and assessments. Both online and onsite lectures will be arranged over two (02) weekends per month.
