GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPER
Submission Requirements:
To be considered for evaluation, each submission should include the following documents:
- Full papers
- The author’s declaration form. (The annexed declaration form must be signed and returned by the corresponding author via email (scanned copy) along with each full paper submitted).
Guidelines for preparation of the full paper are attached. Please follow the instructions carefully. Full papers that are not prepared according to the guidelines provided, or are submitted after the deadline, will not be considered for review. The Editorial Committee reserves the right to make alterations to the text of the full paper for improving the quality.
Authors should send their full papers with contact numbers to nipmsymposium2025@gmail.com on or before 15th February 2025.
GUIDELINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPER
The authors should bear the responsibility of presenting the paper at the conference once accepted. The Corresponding Author needs to name the presenter in the application; however, in the event of any inability of the nominee to present the paper (if accepted), the Corresponding Author should arrange another author to present the paper.
Guidelines for preparation of the full paper:
- Word count: 3500–4500 (excluding references).
- The research paper should cover the following aspects: Extended Abstract (200–300 words), Introduction, Research Problem, Objectives, Research Design/Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
- The research paper should be coherent and free of language errors.
- Submit two copies of the paper electronically in a single Word document:
- First copy: Includes names of authors and institutional affiliations.
- Second copy: For blind review, excludes names of authors and institutional affiliations.
- Tables should be referred to in text as Table 1 or Fig. 1.
- References should be limited to only appropriate ones.
- Use font “Cambria” (Heading size 12, justified text, 1.5 spacing, 1.5 cm margins on all sides on A4 paper).
- Follow APA (American Psychological Association) style for citations.
