Deadline for submission of full papers: (15th December 2022)

To be considered for evaluation, each submission should include the following documents.

1. Full papers

2. The author’s declaration form. (The annexed declaration form must be signed and returned by the corresponding author via email (scanned copy) along with each full paper submitted).

Guidelines for the preparation of the full paper are attached. Please follow the instructions carefully. full papers that are not prepared according to the guidelines provided, or are submitted after the deadline, will not be considered for review. The Editorial Committee reserves the right to make alterations to the text of the full paper for improving the quality.

Authors should send their full paper with the contact numbers to nipmsymposium2023@gmail.com by 15th December 2022.

The authors should bear the responsibility of presenting the paper at the conference once accepted. The Corresponding Author needs to name the presenter in the application; however, in the event of any inability of the nominee to present the paper (if accepted), the Corresponding Author should arrange another author to present the paper. The other Guidelines for the preparation of a full paper (should be submitted with each paper) are as follows,
i) The word count should be in between 3500 - 4500 (excluding references).
ii) The research paper should cover the following aspects: Extended Abstract (200 – 300 words) Introduction, Research Problem, Objectives, Research Design/Materials and Methods, Results and discussion, Conclusion and References.
iii) The research paper should be coherent and free of language errors.
iv) Two copies of the paper should be submitted electronically on a single Word document. The first copy should contain name(s) of authors, and institutional affiliations. The second copy is for the blind review hence should not contain name(s) of author(s), and institutional affiliations.
v) Tables and diagrams can be included and should be referred to in text as Table 1 or Fig. 1.
vi) References should be limited to only appropriate ones.
vii) Use font “Cambria” (Heading size 12, Justified with 1.5 spacing, margin 1.5cm in all sides on A4 paper.
viii)Citation method should be APA (American Psychological Association) style.
